PSAC was originally formed in 1947 by employees of Lever Brothers Soap Factory

PSAC is based on the Wirral and is a local club for local people but we are also open to people from anywhere that want to travel to a well run club with well managed waters

Port Sunlight Angling Club is based in South Wirral and Cheshire and aims to provide its members with affordable angling in natural, idyllic surroundings and in a safe and friendly environment. We control well stocked 14 ponds. We also own a 20 peg water which has level stone access paths and secure parking within close proximity to the water and will appeal to less mobile anglers. Our different waters contain, Carp, F1’s, Crucian, Tench, Barbel, and Ide in addition to all the silver species and will appeal to pleasure and carp anglers alike. We have a match section with a match held on a club water each week during the summer. With the growing renaissance of river fishing our card also allows members to fish of the River Dee through two affiliations, both with excellent access from car park to your swim. Our affiliation to Huyton and District Angling Association offers tranquil Private Estate fishing on both banks of the Dee around Pick Hill Hall with the best summer stick float fishing on the river and excellent winter fishing through Dee Anglers Association when the fish shoal up around Farndon and Holt. For further information view our HDAA and DAA tabs .We have added river affiliations recently and have still kept our subscriptions fees the same for the last 5 years. Please see our membership page for details about joining our club.
